i felt as though i dreamt through today..

finally went to my exclusive club last night.. the one i hold VIP membership at..



yes, i went to say hi to my family doctor.

urghh.. and it was the usual "oh, its u again? same ailments ah?? let me see.. nose and throat got prob this time or issit stomach flu??"

im such a good patient of him lor, i know all his routine liao.. listen to breathing, open mouth and make myself feel like puking to let him see my throat, and then he doesnt have to waste his icecream stick on me.. haha.. cos im the model patient for every doctor..

i usually dun like to visit him cos its so expensive can.. i usually walk in for less than 3 mins, walk out and the consultation plus medicine is like $30 liao.. gosh.. too bad they dun allow me to buy antiobiotics without prescription cos its a controlled drug.. otherwise can save money..

anyways i finally went to see him cos my nose's been blocked with a thich mucus for almost 3 weeks liao.. and my throat got infected too.. some viral infection of the nose, needed his antibiotics to clear it so no choice.. esp since i realised dat traces of blood started appearing on my tissue.

not good, MUST see dr cheong liao.

his memory is quite gd, still rem the things i said to him like where im studying and all.. asked if i was graduating.. yupyup~

took my med after i went home and i slept so well last night, woke up feeling so energized.

then came my mistake of taking antibiotics AND my cough syrup.

i only read the fine print of "May cause drowsiness" after i drank it down.

uh oh.


prepared to go sch meet steff & glads for lunch + to do some work b4 my 6pm lecture..

glads had proj so i ate at genki with steff first then we went forum to look for g.

while waiting at yih canteen for steff, the cough syrup took effect liao & i was falling asleep can.. really so drowsy ehh.. and the antibiotics made me feel so lifeless, totally drained of energy..

so in the end i went home instead of staying for the lec.. sighs..

slept frm 3 to 6pm.. haha.. i slept so much can.. the night before also slept 8 hrs or more liao.. woke up in time to eat dinner..

ken came to visit me with a tin of ninjiom sweets(i like these eh) and a little note.. thanks dear! still try to bluff me somemore hor..

took my 3rd dose of medicine for the day liao.. looks like im concussing anytime..

my msn nick "High on cough syrup" seemed to have an effect on my frens cos i seldom have so many msgs coming in to ask abt it.. haha.. but dav's one was funny cos he msged me with "I ask polis go catch u!".. zt also said something like "You drug addict ah?" hehe..

hahah.. and yes, i will rem to ask dav along for our outings next time IF we r not singing k.. must rem he doesnt like to sing..

xin's 22nd bday on sat 18th at downtown east, courtesy of her doting bf.. i went over with ming on fri to help out her & dl.. di(ming's husband) joined later and i was such an extra with the 2 couples lor cos we went fisherman's village for supper and its such a romantic place by the sea.. haha..

i seldom get to play lightbulb but dat night i was exceptionally bright lor.. nonetheless, my first time eating there and i must say its a really nice place.. just a little dark to eat, could hardly see any small buggies that might have dropped into our food.. haha..

ming's fren owned the most 'happening' restaurant/bar there so we enjoyed discounts and got to choose any songs we wanted them to play.. woo..

went home in the wee hours of the morning cos decided not to stay there since i've band prac the next day.. met azri & wy for late lunch at jp swensens and azri made it his treat.. thanks ya az, next time our turn! was drizzling but we reached yuhua on time.. i left early for xin's bbq and cake-cutting..

ming & i borrowed xin's bouquet to pose for the photo.. heh.. the 100 roses were handmade by dl for xin.. and the 1 purple rose in the middle is supposed to represent "u're my one and only".. its real pretty! took him 1 whole day to finish it.. woah.. and he did a pretty good job cos the roses looked very nicely made.. nicer than the ones i tried making in the past.. haha..

then he dropped another bomb on me that confirmed he has limited memory space.. he thought i was from 4G la!!! wah.. i told him earlier that zl's our classmate then later he went like "Eh, u from 4G one right?" *faints*

had AGM yesterday evening at yuhua followed by section dinner at westmall sakae.. was in quite a rush cos meeting got delayed and so were everything else that followed.. din get to eat lunch b4 the AGM & the meeting ended ard 8 so i had gastric till i wanna faint liao..

during the meeting, sat with zt and he got really annoyed with someone.. wah i was so scared he'll suddenly explode and turn back to shout at the person.. luckily he din.. but he did mutter something angry under his breath though.. oops.. but i understood how he felt la.. juz dat i kept quiet abt it.. and we kept shaking our heads at each other in resignation.. heh..

my section ran off so fast aft the AGM cos all were so hungry liao.. had a hard time catching up cos wy & yc ran so fast lor..

had somewhat mixed feelings during the meeting, dunno why too.. i think u have been a very capable leader who's well-deserving of the band's respect.. and it's kinda hard to see u step down & leave the band.. nonetheless, its ur choice & im sure u have ur reasons for it.. still, wanna thank you for all that u've done..

dinner was my usual favourite so enjoyed it.. plus it was the first time we ate out as a section (not in full attendance though).. they kept asking why i only eat salmon.. haha.. i dunno why too but cos i like it alot ma..

left early cos already postponed the other gathering back by an hr plus.. left them my sakae card and rushed to jp.. they all reached liao except me.. and were all sitting like '不良少年' on the stairs of the overhead bridge when i arrived.. haha..

so happy to see gz back!but he's leaving again rather soon la.. yh was there too, not our regular but still welcomed..

and arguing with jo + huan (ultimate combo) on the phone is really hilarious.. i laughed till i almost rolled on the floor cos huan + i couldnt stop shouting at each other & jo always gimme the "i already said my piece liao, u go reflect" kinda response.. sorry la, i bluffed u about doing work.. haha.. jo felt so "betrayed".. i really brought my work lor!


i think im somewhat moody lately, maybe its the stress of many things on my mind.. hope things will get better next week..

on a good note, steff's nie application and interview got through! happy for my babe.. my turn to send out my resume.. finally got it done.. Phew..

yay! see my jackets r not in a huge heap now.. only my belts on a clothes hanger.. i hung my jackets with my tops in the wardrobe..


i packed my room liao and decided to fold all my spag & tube tops into a drawer, then fold all my sleeveless tank/racerbacks, group them by my own way of categorization and display them as above..


BUT surprisingly after i threw out so many bags of clothes, my wardrobe still looks full leh.. hahaha.. think its cos i packed my jackets in.. they r all on the extreme left of the wardrobe.. how come still looks messy huh.. but slightly neater liao.. right?? hehs..


i was looking at my old passport.. the one that was supposed to expire this year but i got it changed juz b4 i left for the States, in case they stop me from leaving due to name and photo issues..

i still laugh at myself each time i see my signature cos nobody told me im supposed to replicate my signature if neccessary.. i just signed according to my latest "invention" at that point in time.. i was in secondary one btw.. and smiley faces with stuck-out tongues were pretty cool THEN..
