So happy my div came in 1st for the innovation competition!!

all the hard work put in.. the rehearsals and putting together the props and everything to make it happen..

and acting the role of bimbos ain't that easy i realised.. haha..

NDP guards' family day preview at kallang stadium on 8th july Saturday..


was so hot that day!! but it was quite worth it cos it never fails to move me each time i attend the parade.. sounds cheesy but im truly very proud to be a singaporean..

jack finally had 2 photos that looked normal!

we went geylang for frogs' leg and beef kway teow after the parade..


then i went boat quay to meet kel,glads,jer and just for a drink at this jazz pub called Jazz@SouthBridgeRoad or something like that.. photos all blurry that night.. glads & i shared a lychee martini & mango margarita.. nice~

sunday.. we all went for SWS's Beautiful Sunday concert at esplanade.. but due to some communication breakdown, ken & i din manage to get in.. Hmmmmm... but impt thing was they got to go in to watch and see how esplanade concert hall is like..


they were craving for coffeebean so we brought them to suntec's outlet after they came out frm the 1hr-long concert.. cos US is crowded with starbucks.. coffeebean is more rare & they think the coffee and cakes taste better too..

and then we started to see who's tongue can touch their noses.. and we concluded that chris has an extremely short tongue.. hahaha.. she barely stuck it out frm her mouth despite trying really hard..

i love the last pic with chris laughing at jack's tongue cos it looks sweet! =)


and i found out that pink lillies are what i really like!! my new favourite flower~.. i love white lillies too but i think the pink one's really nice with the tinge of pink inside..

BBQ!! food was GOOD.. had 3 types of steak, shishamo(capelin), corn, peppers(yucks), portabello mushrooms, button mushrooms, small cheesy sausages(nice!i din taste the cheese) and of cos.. chicken wings!

and so.. jack's the steak chef, ken's the shishamo chef, joe's the chicken wings expert & chris' the mushrooms&peppers chef! Me? i was waitress and kopi-soh for the night.. haha.. super tired frm work lor.. went straight after i knocked off frm work.. i was also the official food-tester.. =P


they bought us Malibu(passionfruit) and together with our various flavoured Absolut vodka, our drinking session began.. followed by mambo at Zouk! i almost died at work the next day.. too havoc liao..

will follow-up with karaoke photos and the rest of Taipei, which was a lonnnnnggg time ago.. haha..

im not in a good mood today, in fact not exactly having a good week... think the workload and stress frm everything is caving in on me.. good thing is, i got a good night's rest..

movie with steff, joe & ken last nite at PS.. a word of advice: PLEASE do NOT go watch Nacho Libre.. it killed me, as well as steff.. joe & ken were fatally wounded.. hahaha.. its super lame & boring can!!

the game that cheated my money and feelings at the night market.. *sobs*.. not my money la but steff & ken egged me on to play this cos seemed like so easy to win since raccoon had his butt half in the hole.. managed to tip it over then i realise they CHEATED!!! they put like ROCKS or wat in his tail lah!!!!! so heavy lor it cannot even drop into the hole.. took this photo as evidence..

*wails*.. felt so cheated.. and somemore they put more money for me to try to grab the tail and let it fall in but the stupid tail was so heavy it couldn't even be lifted up la!

so cute right! they sold really adorable puppies at the night market.. & i purposely posted another pic of the 抓抓乐 game to diffuse my exasperation.. haha.. the mrt station at night.. and i can't help but commend on how organised the taiwanese are at the station..

we took the train back to 西门.. brought the 3 guys ard since its supposed to be our 地盘already..

the 臭豆腐 challenge! ken couldn't take it so i helped him finish the remaining 2.. HaHa!.. dat was my 1st time eating it in taipei (other than my virgin try in singapore, huan bought so i tried 1 and couldn't stop whinning abt how stinky it was.. made my mouth smell like it was decomposing)..

but after this 1st try of the authentic one in taipei.. somehow i got addicted to the taste and started my '臭豆腐之恋'.. hahaha..

steff & joe din try at all lor.. joe said he tried last time liao so dowan to try anymore.. steff din even wanna go near it.. the rest of them standing ard waiting for us to finish the smelly beancurd..


aft we sent the guys off, shopped ard abit more & spent goodness-knows-how-long at this small shop doing our handphone chains, keychains etc.. so tired dat we juz made ourselves comfortable sitting on the floor while the lady did our gifts..

and we played ard with the cam trying to take artistic shots.. we were that bored..


okie dat marks the end of travel log for Taipei day2 liao.. FINALLY right.. hahaha.. sorry lah.. i hardly get enuff sleep everyday ever since i started work.. so pardon me for that k..

and wed i got karaOkway outing with my fav office kakis after work.. hehe.. they're really a fun bunch of girls to be with.. xiaozhu's our grp's bodyguard frm today onwards, she's POWERFUL.. =P
